Cinematographer Venu is all set to turn director again, and Mammootty will play the lead role in his film.

We hear that Rima Kallingal has been signed to play the female lead in the film, and that Rima has grabbed a meaty role. Rima will reportedly play a writer who pens down the story of a prisoner (Mammootty0 who has just been released from jail.

The film will be scripted by R Unni, and the shooting will start in March 2014.
