It is good news for Ram Charan fans as the star’s dream project is not shelved but only postponed for few months. Charan was supposed to do Merupu movie on Super Good Films as his immediate film after Orange. However, it was shelved due to financial hassles.
But RB Chowdary who started Racha with Ram Charan says that Merupu is still on and they will be producing that film too. “It was only pushed back. The budget involved is big and we are planning to re-launch it at the right time. First schedule of Merupu is completed and it will go to sets anytime,” Chowdary said.
Even Ram Charan cleared the air and told many days ago that Merupu is just postponed but not shelved. Dharani, the director of Merupu is very much in touch with Charan and he is waiting for the call from the producers.
