January 8, 2014:Actress Raveena Tandon who had debuted in the Kannada film industry opposite actor- director Upendra in Upendra is finally back. The actress after a long hiatus from Sandalwood has signed her next Kannada film; she has been roped in to play a small role in Kishan’s next directorial Care of Footpath 2.
Master Kishan who holds the Guinness world record for directing a film Care Of Footpath, at the age of nine has decided to make a sequel to his first film. Like his first film, this time around too his parents Srikanth and Shyalaja will be helping Kishan in the direction department.
According to sources Kishan was in search of a middle aged actress to essay the role of a lawyer in is movie and after considering a number of actresses the team signed Raveena Tandon for the role.
Jackie Shroff who played the role of a minister in the first instalment will be again seen in this movie as well. Details about his role are not known for director Kishan reveals that Care of Footpath 2 is not a continuing sequel to the first instalment.
With the presence of two prominent Bollywood actors, the movie was bound to be made in Hindi and so Care of Footpath 2 is going to be a bilingual movie and will be shot simultaneously in both Raveena Tandon seemed quite ecstatic about this project.
Sources say that Kishan has already completed the first schedule of the film and is preparing for the second schedule of the film.
