Saxena who was arrested for allegedly cheating a distributor in Salem was held on Sunday evening and produced before a magistrate and remanded to judicial custody.
Meanwhile sources say that he would be produced before a cpourt in Saidapet today and police would request a plea seeking a five-custody custody of Saxena and enquire him about the incident.
Sources say that a case pending against him for allegedly attacking and ransacking a hotel in Guindy would also be enquired.
